THOMAS P. ERWIN
Tom received his J.D. in 1975 from the University of Texas, after which he returned to practice in his home state of Nevada. He has been a member of the Texas, California and Nevada bars since 1976, and was admitted to the Arizona bar in 1994. His transactional and trial practice concentrates in business, environmental, mining, natural resources, and real estate.
Tom’s distinguished record of professional activity includes the positions of Business Law Lecturer at the University of Nevada-Reno and Director of the University of Texas Law Alumni Association, as well as several committee memberships. He has delivered numerous papers at business and natural resources law seminars and contributed to several book-length publications; see a full listing.

FRANK W. THOMPSON
Frank was educated at Regis College, the University of Regensburg in West Germany, and the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. Since 1982 he has been a member of the Nevada and California bar. His professional distinctions include publications in several areas of practice, certification as a Civil Trial Advocate, and membership in the National Board of Trial Advocacy and Nevada Justice Association.
Frank concentrates his trial practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as employment, geothermal, and complex commercial litigation. He advises our clients on employment matters including discrimination, drug testing and wrongful termination.

JEFF N. FAILLERS
Jeff’s practice focuses on business, corporate, real estate, and natural resources law with an emphasis on the representation of natural resources exploration and operating companies. Jeff handles complex transactions and mining-related matters, including property and corporate due diligence; financing; title examination, reports, and legal opinions; business, property, and water right acquisition and disposition; and land-use entitlements. Prior to practicing law, he worked as an independent mineral landman where he assisted clients in the negotiation and acquisition of mineral properties throughout the western United States. Jeff has served as a trustee for the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation since 2015.
